This restaurant was by far the best we visited in Cascais terms of price and quality. We ended up going four times over our last four days. Initially, we tried the dumplings, chili chicken, and steaks. The starters were great, but the steaks were just okay. Noticing locals ordering Indian and Nepalese dishes, we followed suit on our second visit. The curries blew us away—at around 7 euros, it was the best curry I've had in ages. Even my wife, who usually isn’t a fan of Indian food, loved it. The naan, rice, and everything else were spot on. I couldn’t help but think the chef was either a talented home cook or professionally trained.Service was excellent, making us feel truly welcome. The food was amazing, and the prices were perfect, leaving us feeling like we’d found the best spot in town. The only change I’d suggest is renaming the place, as it’s really more of an incredible Indian and Nepalese restaurant than a steakhouse.

We wandered around Cascais not really knowing what we wanted to eat. We decided to look online for inspiration. Katmandu Steak House popped up. We saw the menu was varied and had a high rating so we thought we would try.Around 6.40pm we found it and walked past. It doesn't look the most appealing and only 2 people inside, however the other 2 restaurants nearby weren't taking our fancy, thank goodness, because the food in Kathmandu was great. Our attentive waitress was thankfully persuasive, suggesting Mo Mos to start while we decide on our mains. We chose chilli Mo Mo's (medium spicy) delicious!! Flavoursome with a nice kick.We chose butter chicken with garlic naan and chicken biryani with garlic cheese naan. The butter chicken was quite creamy, great for dipping the naan. The biryani was a big portion (be aware these are authentic dishes so there were cardamom seeds and little bones) the garlic cheese naan was tasty but quite heavy like a cheesy garlic pizza. With 2 large draft beers the bill came to €40.50.I would definitely recommend this place especially the Chilli Mo Mo's.The place was almost full by the time we left.

The best chicken butter masala I ever had…I had many. Although the portion doesn’t look so big It was definitely enough. Good service and food prepared with traditional style. Highly recommend!

A great restaurant with typical Nepali and Asian cuisine in Cascais. Helpful and energetic staff with great service. The pork sekuwa was very amazing and we try the typical Nepali food set which was very good and tasty. Love to visit this place in Cascais.

Downtown Cascais is full of a bunch middling overpriced places. But this place is fantastic, especially for the price. As good quality of Nepali as you’d expect to find in martim moniz area and similar pricing too - no cascais markup. Sadeko, chili momos, chatpat all very good. Very friendly and quick service tooNote-they offer Portuguese cuisine and Nepali cuisine on separate cartas. I can’t speak to their Portuguese cooking, I don’t look to downtown Cascais when I want traditional Portuguese food, and they seem to be Nepali folks working here so I stick with that and I love it

Great, welcoming service. Rich tasting food and the portions of garlic naan were so big! Good value also when compared to other local offerings. Our visit seemed to be much appreciated!

The food was exceptional! We love spicy food and they delivered spice with great flavour. They also adjust the spice level for you so if you don’t like spicy you can just ask for them to adjust. We had a samosa (best part of the meal), a pork skewer and traditional meal with some sides - we chose the lamb option. Everything was great and the sangria and local Napel beer also hit the spot. The service was outstanding, they were quick to deliver our food and drinks, and the server helped us picking the dishes (his English is excellent).Overall we would highly recommend stopping here if you enjoy Napel/Indian cuisine. 10/10!

I recently visited this Nepali restaurant in Portugal and I must say that it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time! The momos were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection - I'd say it's the best Nepalese restaurant you can find in the entire region. Not only was the food great, but the ambience of the restaurant was also another highlight. I loved the authentic Nepalese spoons and pots that were used to serve the food, and it really felt like I was in Nepal. The location was another plus point - set in the beautiful city of Cascais, it's definitely one of the best spots in Portugal for some delicious Nepali cuisine. In conclusion, if you're a fan of momos and looking for an authentic Nepali dining experience, this is the place to be. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Portugal - you won't be disappointed!
